Bal Harbour Resident Petition
Bal Harbour Shops wants to expand. But residents are wary because of the changes it will create in this small oceanfront community. Miami Herald Story

The Bal Harbour Citizens Coalition is concerned about the magnitude of the project to expand the shops and face a repetition of the St. Regis over-building. The Coalition, at this stage, is very worried about the impact on traffic on Bal Harbour.

Planned are 50 new stores, a banquet hall and six screen movie theatre and a banquet hall. The 96th St. entrance to the shops will be eliminated entirely. That will leave only one entrance for all the shoppers and delivery trucks-directly in front of the Balmoral.

Support the Coalitions efforts to halt the project by signing this petition.  Just print and submit to Henry Ramos.

Or you can stop by the concierge desk and sign the petition that's been started by the Balmoral Condo Association.
